KSK Foundry was established in 2007. We are located in Dalian, China. It is a well-established and highly regarded manufacturer of raw and machined castings in iron ductile iron castings, grey iron castings. We have separate teams of engineers for tooling development, process development for production planning and control of casting/forging, machining, quality assurance and packing/forwarding.KSK provides professional and complete integrated services for machining castings. and offer proprietary material grades with enhanced mechanical and metallurgical properties for most demanding service conditions. Our ductile iron capacity can reach 20,000 tons/year; gray iron capacity 10,000tons/year.The technical design and development capability of ductile iron and grey iron castings is in thehigh-level in the large casting field. Adopting advanced MAGMA simulation software in assisting process design, process of all the products in KSK are simulated before production.
